How it works

Step 1: Select a store you’d like to collect your brand-new EBCO e‑bike from, whether it’s close to you or convenient

Step 2: Confirm and continue the checkout process

Step 3: Complete payment and receive a notification when your e‑bike is ready to collect

Step 4: Collect your e‑bike, assembled, safety checked and ready to ride!

What are the delivery charges?

There are no delivery charges for customers to pay when using EBCOs Click and Collect Service.

How does Click & Collect work?

1. Once you’ve chosen the perfect bike, head to the checkout and proceed through to the delivery stage.

2. Fill in your postal code and find your nearest dealer

3. Click proceed to billing and finish your order

4. After we process your order, you’ll get an order confirmation with all the details you need from your chosen dealer

5. The dealer will assemble your bike for free – when it’s ready, they’ll contact you to arrange a collection time

6. For security, you’ll need to show your order confirmation and photo ID when asked for it

7. The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your order has been collected

8. Collect your bike in-store and enjoy the ride!

What is the Click & Collect lead time?

Our aim is to have your bike ready and built at your local dealer for collection in 5 working days of order placement.
