We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All Ebco bikes and accessories are sold through our network of authorised retailers, and any returns, exchanges, or warranty claims are handled in partnership with them.

If you need to return or exchange your bike or accessories:

  1. Contact the retailer where you made your purchase.
  2. The retailer will assess the issue and work with our Ebco Support Team if necessary.
  3. All returns and exchanges are subject to the retailer’s individual policy and applicable UK consumer law.

If your Ebco product develops a fault within the guarantee period:

  1. Return it to the retailer where you purchased it, along with your original proof of purchase.
  2. The retailer will liaise with Ebco Support to inspect the item.
  3. If applicable, the item will be repaired or replaced under the Ebco warranty.

Refunds are handled directly by the retailer in accordance with their returns and refund policy. Ebco works with retailers to ensure that warranty claims and exchanges are resolved quickly and fairly.
