The EBCO Urban 2R, weighs in at just 20 kg, and utilises a Roadster alloy frame for strength and stability. The 2R is suited to getting around town and exploring the countryside in comfort and style. The ideal commuting and leisure eBike. Designed with value in mind, the Urban electric bike won’t break the bank yet it’s packed full of premium features found on higher-priced bikes. The Urban 2R has an integrated battery for a clean traditional look that gets the ball rolling. Continental 42mm tyres for a smooth ride, Shimano 7-speed gear system and Clarkes Hydraulic disc brakes plus a strong rear luggage rack are the main highlights. Perfectly complimented with power assist coming from the Bafang H300 rear motor producing 32nm of torque backed up by LG cell Lithium 360wh Battery. What’s the difference between the 2R and 2T?

The 2R has a standard alloy frame for strength and stability, whereas the 2T has a trapeze alloy frame with a lower step-over height for easier access.

Returns policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused bikes and accessories within 30 days of receipt.

EBCO only accept returns on faulty products within the guarantee period and with original proof of purchase. If you’d like to return an order that was collected in-store, you can arrange a return by getting in touch with our Customer Services team via our live chat, email or using our contact form. Once you’ve contacted EBCO, you’ll need to return your order to the store you originally collected it from. Once we receive your return from the store, we’ll inspect your order and issue a refund within 14 working days.

2 Year Warranty

A 2 year warranty comes as standard with all Corratec eBikes

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused bikes and accessories within 30 days of receipt.

The statutory warranty provisions in the country where the pedelec was purchased shall apply. Warranty claims must be asserted against the bicycle dealer from whom the pedelec was purchased. In order for warranty and guarantee claims to be asserted, proof of purchase for the relevant pedelec must be provided. The two-year statutory warranty only applies if registration or inspections are not carried out.
