Power assist is courtesy of the Bafang H400 rear hub motor, paired with an internal 360wh LG cell lithium battery. And when it’s time to slow down, the Clarks Clout Hydraulic Disc brakes ensure reliable stopping power. Plus, gear function is seamlessly managed by the Shimano Altus 7-speed derailleur gears, making every ride a breeze.

Returns policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused bikes and accessories within 30 days of receipt.

EBCO only accept returns on faulty products within the guarantee period and with original proof of purchase. If you’d like to return an order that was collected in-store, you can arrange a return by getting in touch with our Customer Services team via our live chat, email or using our contact form. Once you’ve contacted EBCO, you’ll need to return your order to the store you originally collected it from. Once we receive your return from the store, we’ll inspect your order and issue a refund within 14 working days.

2 Year Warranty

A 2 year warranty comes as standard with all Corratec eBikes

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused bikes and accessories within 30 days of receipt.

The statutory warranty provisions in the country where the pedelec was purchased shall apply. Warranty claims must be asserted against the bicycle dealer from whom the pedelec was purchased. In order for warranty and guarantee claims to be asserted, proof of purchase for the relevant pedelec must be provided. The two-year statutory warranty only applies if registration or inspections are not carried out.
